8 Days Nepal Fun & Adventure

Day 1 – – Kathmandu
International Airport for your flight to Kathmandu. On arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, meet by our friendly representatives and proceed for Kathmandu city sightseeing. Visit the Bouthanath Stupa, considered to be one of the oldest stupas in Nepal. The area is famous for its Tibetan jewellery and paintings, carpets and masks. Pashupathinath Temple is considered to be one of the most sacred temples of Lord Shiva in the world. It is set on the bank of the sacred Bagmati River and dates back to about 400AD.

Day 2 – White Water Rafting – Chitwan National Park
After breakfast, we take a drive (around 2.5 hrs) to the starting point of Charaudi. Meet your rafting master and start white water adventure after safety briefing. Next, experience the exciting rapids of the Trishuli River, such as Ladies Delight, Monsoon Rapids, Surprise Rapid and Upset Rapid. At the ending point of Mugling, enjoy your lunch by the riverbank. Transfer to Chitwan National Park for overnight. (B/L/D)

Day 3 – Chitwan National Park
Full day will be spent at the National Park for an exciting safari experience. Float down the Rapti River in dugout canoes and watch the birdlife and small crocodiles along the riverbank. Ride on a jaunty elephant’s back for a safari experience, with opportunity to see the one-horned rhino, deer, monkey, wild boar, sloth bear or even a Royal Bengal Tiger. Enjoy a camp fire with cultural dance in the night. (B/L/D)
Day 4 – Chitwan National Park – Pokhara
This morning is free to either explore the local villages or go for a nature walk. Bird lovers can arrange with the guide for a bird-watching outing. Depart for Pokhara after lunch. On arrival, the day is free for you to discover ‘the jewel in the Himalaya’. Optional activities (at own cost) include boating in the Phewa Lake, cycling along the Pokhara town, go shopping, or simply relax in the many cafes and admire the stunning panoramic views of the Annapurna range.(B/L)

Day 5 – Pokhara – Phedi – Dhampus
After breakfast, proceed for drive to Phedi, passing through lovely farmland and villages. From Phedi we will start our 2-day trek. Climb through beautiful forest and countryside for the next 3 hours and reach the hill top of Dhampus where long ranges of the Himalayas are close by and the view is spectacular. Check into a local teahouse and spend the rest of the day mingling with the villagers as you get an opportunity to experience the culture and lifestyle of the local people living in the hills, or simply relax in the beautiful natural surroundings. Enjoy the beautiful sunset view in the evening.(B/L/D)

Day 6 – Dhampus – Australia Camp – Pokhara
Wake up early in the morning for the sunrise view of the panoramic mountain ranges such as Annapurna, Fishtail, Dhaulagiri and many more. After breakfast, we will start a gentle climb up through rhododendron and oak forests. After a short rest, continue climbing on stone stairs till we reach Australia Camp. Today’s trek is approximately 4 hours. Thereafter, return to Dhampus followed by drive to Pokhara for overnight stay. (B/L)
Day 7 – Pokhara – Kathmandu
After breakfast, make our way back to Kathmandu (around 6-hour drive), passing the Trishuli River for the most beautiful scenery along the route. On arrival, check in to hotel and the rest of the day is free at your leisure.(B)

Day 8 – Kathmandu
After breakfast transfer to airport for your flights back to your own destination
